It has been 3 months since Portland started his Patch project. He has been faithful in his commitment to wear the same pair of pants EVERYDAY!!! The Pants now have 3 patches, with another to come soon. :) A BIG thank you to Nicole and Sarah for your "PATCH" donations!

Play visits, swimming, night at the movies, dinner dates, and fun times with all!
Portland was recently able to help test Owen's levels, and administer his insulin...
It was difficult, scary, and a great experience.
Owen is currently doing well, however, he has had a hard last couple of months...
insulin levels hard to control resulting in seizures, many trips to the hospital, with an over night stay do to DKA. Dealing with diabetes in a child as young as Owen is very difficult, super scary, and forever challenging. He is very blessed to have amazing parents who are handling everything with the best of care, and for the great doctors and nurses at Primary Children's Hospital.
